A Sunday Outing
So we took a trip to the toy store today. Owen and Daddy had a lot of fun checking out all the Toy Story toys. I love that Owen can look at all the goodies in a toy store and not go crazy about wanting this or that and throwing a fit because we won't buy it for him. That can't last much longer, but for now I'll enjoy his pure excitement just to see all the toys.
Then we went to a restaurant for dinner where Owen acted like a complete angel for the first few minutes.
Then he turned on the "drive Mommy and Daddy completely crazy" switch and wouldn't sit still to save his life. Then food came and Marcus decided he needed to eat as well. We decided it would be a while before we tried eating out again!
Soccer
Owen has recently become obsessed with playing soccer. He constantly wants to kick the ball back and forth with Mommy or Daddy. I loved how he stopped playing to pose in this photo for me!
For the Love of Mowing
Owen's love of mowing continues. He gets so excited every weekend to go out and mow with Daddy. He is even fond of watching the home videos I take of him and Daddy mowing. What a funny boy!
Our Little Artist
I wanted Owen's hand prints and he was all too happy to oblige. He was a real pro, like he knew exactly what to do. But of course after I got both hands, he wanted to keep doing it. "Again, again" is a common Owen phrase. How could I resist letting him have some hand printing fun?!!
